论文被拒？

先介绍下背景：我是去年11月投International Journal of Thermal Sciences，后来编辑在12月修改过一次状态，今年1月修改一次，直到最近状态一直没有改变。最近我写了个催稿信，然后收到了编辑的回复。对于编辑的回复，我个人觉得是拒稿了，但是导师觉得是编辑让修改后重新投，同学的意见也不一，现找大神看看。。 附邮件的相关部分： I have now received the reports of the reviewers concerning the above referenced manuscript submitted for possible publication in the International Journal of Thermal Sciences. The referees' comments, where appropriate, are attached to this mail. We invite you to consider them carefully, and to incorporate their suggestions in the event you choose to make a new submission of the paper to the journal. To expedite the processing of any resubmission, please mention this in the covering letter. For the time being, we regret to advise you that the submission has not been accepted, and the submission is now closed. To expedite the processing of any resubmission, please mention this in the covering letter. 导师的看法是对的，编辑给了楼主参考审稿意见修改后作为新稿件重投的机会。为了加快稿件的处理效率，楼主在重投时要在cover letter中说明是修改后重投的稿件。 |
