论文被拒？

先介绍下背景：我是去年11月投International Journal of Thermal Sciences，后来编辑在12月修改过一次状态，今年1月修改一次，直到最近状态一直没有改变。最近我写了个催稿信，然后收到了编辑的回复。对于编辑的回复，我个人觉得是拒稿了，但是导师觉得是编辑让修改后重新投，同学的意见也不一，现找大神看看。。 附邮件的相关部分： I have now received the reports of the reviewers concerning the above referenced manuscript submitted for possible publication in the International Journal of Thermal Sciences.
