SWOT是一种分析方法，用来确定企业本身的竞争优势，竞争劣势，机会和威胁，从而将公司的战略与公司内部资源、外部环境有机结合。因此，清楚的确定公司的资源优势和缺陷，了解公司所面临的机会和挑战，对于制定公司未来的发展战略有着至关重要的意义。



SWOT is an analytical method, which is used to confirm the competitive advantage, competitive disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the enterprise.using this method ,the company's strategy can be combined with the external environment and internal resources  organically. Therefore, it is vital significant for formulating the company's future development strategy to identify  resource superiority and defect of the company and to understand the company's opportunity and challenge.

SWOT is an analytical method to define the competitive advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the enterprise, and to integrate the enterprise strategy with internal resources and external environment. Therefore, identifying resource advantages and disadvantages of the company and understanding the company's opportunities and challenges are of significant importance for formulating the company's future development strategy.

关于中文原句；

1. 从而前后没什么逻辑关系或者说从而后边的部分没有说完，比如从而将。。。结合，实现。。。目的；

2. 因此前后没觉得有什么因果关系。

关于英文翻译：

1. 删掉an analytic method，无实际意义；

2. 几处用名词修饰名词的地方；

3. 称谓不统一。enterprise和company选一个；

4. 几处和你不一样的选词是个人意见，仅供参考。
