| 吲哚类生物碱广泛存在自然界中，具有抗菌、抗肿瘤和抗病毒作用等生物活性，以吲哚环为母体进行结构修饰为新型医药创制开辟了新的领域。本文从一种防治鸡球虫病的中草药钩藤出发，研究新型的化学合成类抗球虫药物，选取钩藤中钩藤碱的氧化吲哚母环，以其为母核来设计了一个新化合物，对目标化合物用1H NMR,IR表征，确定其结构。 |

indole-type alkaloids, widely dispsersed in the nature, are of bio-activities of anti-bacterium, anti-tumour and anti-virus. structure modifications based on the indole ring as the matrix, intiates the new field of new-type medical and drug innovations. The present work was started from a chinese medicine named 钩藤 which is used to cure chicken coccidiosis. a new type of chemicallly synthesized anti-coccidiosis drugs was investigated. oxidized indole paraent ring of 钩藤碱 in 钩藤 was slected. a new type chemical was designed based on the oxidized indole paraent ring and its structure was characterized by 1H NMR and IR. |
