indole-type alkaloids, widely dispsersed in the nature, are of bio-activities of anti-bacterium, anti-tumour and anti-virus. structure modifications based on the indole ring as the matrix, intiates the new field of new-type medical and drug innovations. The present work was started from a chinese medicine named 钩藤 which is used to cure chicken coccidiosis. a new type of chemicallly synthesized anti-coccidiosis drugs was investigated. oxidized indole paraent ring of 钩藤碱 in 钩藤 was slected.
a new type chemical was designed based on the oxidized indole paraent ring and its structure was characterized by 1H NMR and IR.
