XRD标定分析

最近在做ZnO-TiO2系高频介质陶瓷，再去基础上掺杂了两种氧化物，成品经XRD测试完后可以确定形成了立方相，当时在进行标峰时有点麻烦，因为形成了固溶体，无法找到与我的图谱一致的标准卡片，接下来怎样才能对我所做的图谱进行标峰和分析还望各位大神指点，一下的图是我的4个配方的XRD图谱。 XRD图.jpg |
