摘 要：本文以花椒籽为原料，以此对花椒籽进行预处理、压榨、精炼，在课题组基础上，对样品酸价、过氧化值、磷含量、水及挥发性物质含量进行测定。通过单因素实验考查了精制温度、时间、压力、流量等因素对精制花椒籽仁油出油率的影响，实验结果表明：最佳精制温度为40℃，精制时间为6h，精制压力为25Mpa，精制流量为80Pv。在此条件下，压榨花椒籽仁毛油的精制出油率达到80.04%，经过碱炼精制的样品酸价为1.3(KOHmg/g)，过氧化值为0.12(g/100g)，磷含量为1.0(mg/100g)，含水量及挥发性物质为1.20(g/100g)，油脂色泽澄清透明，感官品质优良达到国家食用油标准。 关键词：花椒籽仁油 超临界CO2 精制 |
