As displayed in Figure 3a, the characteristic D and G bands of carbon materials are observed at around 1350 and 1585 cm-1, respectively. The D band is associated with disordered samples or graphene edges, while the G band is the result of the first-order scattering of the E2 g mode of sp2 carbon domains.

如图3a所示，碳材料的D和G特征峰分别位于1350和1585cm-1波数附近。D带与碳材料边缘的无序结构有关，而G带是由于碳区域中的sp2一阶散射的E2g振动模式引起的。
