怎样看这个结构的新颖性！

（6，3）拓扑是一种比较常见的拓扑网络，这类拓扑不能作为结构的亮点。不知道你这个结构是不是穿插结构，目前我没见过专门的（6，3）拓扑的综述，（10，3）的倒是有。建议你可以看看以下的文献，没有的话我可以发给你 Topology of Interpenetration", S.R. Batten, CrystEngComm, 2001, 3, 67-73.
