- A PhD in computational chemistry, cheminformatics, molecular odeling/simulation, computational biology or other related disciplines.
- Proved experience in at least one of these areas: structure-based drug design, virtual screening, docking, de novo design, molecular dynamics simulation, ligand-based drug-design, QSAR, cheminformatics, machine learning technology, force field, etc
- Scripting and programming abilities
- Strong oral and written English skills
- Good communication skills and team-work spirit
- Experience in industrial environment is a nice plus
