[求助] 今天受到大打击啊，论文的投稿意见如下，该怎么办？

Papers submitted to Applied Ergonomics are screened in a pre-review process prior to sending them out to independent external reviewers. We do this with a view to understanding whether there are any problems with the paper before we use the time of the reviewers. This process also helps us to select appropriate reviewers if the paper passes the pre-screening. The issues and potential problems we assess include whether the paper is of sufficient scientific quality, has new or interesting technical content, is acceptably written in terms of the quality of language and production, and is within the scope of Applied Ergonomics. The review is generally carried out by a member of our International Advisory Board.

Reviewer recommendation: Reject

Rating scale:
Scientific technical quality     2
Innovation in methods findings, applications        2               
Potential for impact          3
Clarity of presentation       0
Sits within journal scope        2

I have read this paper carefully and tried to make sense of what it is saying but unfortunately the way it is structured and the language which is used just do not make clear the message it is trying to put over. I am afraid that as it stands it cannot be sent out to independent external reviewers.

预筛选没有过，那只能投其它杂志了。  如果这个杂志允许拒绝后重投的话，也可以 按要求 将文章的主体思想表达清楚，还有语句要符合英语表达习惯。希望楼主最终取得成功！

编辑部一关没能通过，文章的结构和语言还得好好改下。
换个杂志，只能改投了。
