They should provide some proof of the identity of the plant e.g. voucher specimen line 125 I think in line 128 should read "extracted with boiling ethanol under reflux" line 188 express ---- values as % or better concentration mg/ml , not 0.04 ml to enable comparison. line 210 how can you state that you had good activity? Your concentration of 1500 mg/ml were 30 times higher than concentration of Silva. Check your calculations could you really dissolve 1.5 g in 1 ml of water? It would be useful to include a Table with results of other authors to see what concentration killed the ticks. Zorloni cited twice Reviewer #2: The manuscript is well but minor revision is necessary Line 125: knife mill? The type of mill must be cited. Line 191: Figures 1 and 2 Line 198: remove space between at and 1.5 还有就是Reviewer #1:的:There is not a strong argument for investigating this plant.
