征稿--国际期刊IJSCC (Sensing, Computing and Control) （不收版面费）

CFP: Invitation from International Journal of Sensing, Computing and Control ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Our apologies if you receive multiple copies of this CFP ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- International journal of sensing, computing & control CALL FOR PAPER Website: http://www.ijsc2.org E-mail :ijsc2@oyama-ct.ac.jp, ijsc2editor@gmail.com A new journal to be launched in Japan from January 2011 entitled International Journal of Sensing, Computing and Control (IJSCC). IJSCC aims to be an authoritative international forum for delivering both theoretical and innovative applied research in sensing, computing & control. IJSCC is published half-yearly in June and December with both online and print versions. Printed copies of the journal are distributed to accredited universities and government libraries. There will be no charge for the publication and all the papers in the journal are also available freely with online full-text content and permanent worldwide web link. The abstracts will be indexed and available at major academic databases. The scope of the journal is extensive. Topics include but not limited to: • Sensor design • Integration and fusion • Vision and image processing • Sensing and perception • Sensor data analysis and system diagnosis • Signal processing • Sensor networks • Networks and communications • Artificial intelligence • Neural networks • Fuzzy systems and soft computing • Parallel, distributed computing • System modeling • Identification and simulation • Computer science • Information technology • Software Engineering and Applications • Nonlinear Dynamics • Intelligent and biological control systems • System control and optimal control • Feedback and decentralized control • Collaborative control systems • Adaptive and learning control • Process control and industrial automation • Automatic control • Optimization and decision • Pattern recognition • Robotics • Systems engineering • Robotics and intelligent vehicles • Power system analysis and control • Transportation systems Prospective authors are encouraged to submit a full paper for review in PDF format. Only original papers that have not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere will be considered.
