[求助] 散金币求申诉模版（论文被拒）(急)

虫友们，我修改稿被拒了，三个人，就第二个审稿人不同意，另外两个都同意发表，我把编辑发来的信附在下面，麻烦大家帮我出出主意，现在改怎么办？申诉还是就这么忍了？另求申诉模版

Reviewer  #1: The new version is written clearer and I think that the paper is suitable for publication.

Reviewer #2: The paper has been significantly improved, but there are still some points are not clear enough.
1. Since "the transition rates of jumping process in this paper are still considered to be accessed in this paper", Why "the transition probabilities matrix considered in this paper is more general assumption to Markovian jump systems"?
2. I don't think it is clear enough of the remark, Remark 6, for equations (20), (21) and others. What is its physical meaning?

3.  A paper from the same authors has been submitted to Journal of Applied Mathematics(JAM) with similar techniques as that in this paper to some extent. Therefore, I don't think it is suitable to be published.

Reviewer #3: I think this paper can be accepted by the revision.
