Do you do exercise every day,?

It seems physical training is less popular than before because a lot of work in a heavy load. This is linked to sedentary lifestyle, which is a risk factor for many diseases. Undoubtedly, physical exercise plays a key role in maintaining health. Many people especially the elderly require moderate training everyday in order to keep a healthy lifestyle. More importantly they are less likely become victims of chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes or cardial vascular disease. Also, physical exercise is a good mran to reduce pressure. After 5 days of exhausted work, many workers have got a lot of pressure. Many people chose sleeping as a way to reduce the tension. But, according to research, the best way to control it is physical exercises. This is regarded as positive resting, which is a more powerful mean than sleeping itself. However, the time is the biggest problem for a lot of workers to do exercise. Many other things including house chores, friends` meetings have made it a pressing task. As a result , the time for trainning will be the best thing to get influenced. Not everyone likes training because it is exhausted and tiring. This is even harder for obese people who have Bmi over 35. The exercise is much harder than a simple walk. We cannot blame the work as it is necessary for us to support our needs. We cannot make time a excuse for not doing trainning either because time is always available when we organized it well.
