3月初的时候，一批ei传说被踢但还没有确切消息时
给其中一个水刊写了封email问了一下，是不是2013年不被ei检索了
之后一直没看这个不常用的邮箱
今天发现有份信躺在里面，该刊确实被T了，但是：
