I regret to inform you that after careful consideration the editor has decided that your above referenced paper, entitled " ....", which you submitted to Spectroscopy Letters is not yet appropriate for publication in this journal. You did not provide the email addresses and names of suggested reviewers, of which you should suggest about six of them, from both within and without your home country. Also, your manuscript does not conform to the guidelines for authors. Thank you for considering Spectroscopy Letters for the publication of your research. I hope the outcome of this specific submission will not discourage you from the submission of future manuscripts. 收到这样的邮件，是不是被拒了？还是需要加入审稿人？再投？ 哪位同志能推荐一下比较好发的类似的期刊，可再内交流。 急啊，忙着凑数和毕业呢。 |
