关于金属卟啉负载在勃姆石的文献:Huang, G.; Liu, S.-Y.; Guo, Y.-A.; Wang, A.-P.; Luo, J.; Cai, C.-C., Immobilization of manganese tetraphenylporphyrin on boehmite and its catalysis for aerobic oxidation of cyclohexane. Appl. Catal. A: Gen. 2009, 358 (2), 173-179.。(Under stirring, 0.2 mol of aluminium chloride hexahydrate
(AlCl36H2O) was dissolved in distilled water, and 0.7 mol of NH4OH as precipitation agent was added. After the white aluminium hydroxide precipitate that formed was held for 0.5 h, it was filtered and washed with distilled water until no NH3H2Oor NH4Cl was detected. Then, the precipitate was added to 250 ml of
ethanol in a three-neck flask with stirring at high speed for 0.5 h. Subsequently, 10 mg of Mn TPP dissolved in absolute ethanol was slowly added into the above suspension, and the mixture was heated to 50 8C with rapid stirring for 5 h. The shallow brown suspension was filtered and washed with bulk distilled water and
the brown cake was dried at 0.09 MPa and 170 8C for 5 h. As a result, 15.1 g of the deep brown supported catalyst, Mn TPP/BM, was obtained. The amount of Mn TPP supported per gram of boehmite was 9.43  107 mol, as determined by UV–vis spectrophotometry)
发现有几个问题不能个理解。
      1.铝源(硝酸铝、氯化铝)对于合成的勃姆石有没有影响。
      2.在你们的文献中,有用氨水调整pH值确定生成勃姆石的,也有用定量的氨水合成勃姆石的。这之间有什么区别。是加入定量的之后在用氨水调整pH值,还是加入定量的就可以了。
      3.在合成勃姆石的时候,你们是用磁力搅拌器还是机械搅拌。
      4.在合成新鲜氢氧化铝之后,是抽滤干了即可,还是需要干燥,要是干燥的话,温度是多少摄氏度。
      5.在做卟啉负载的时候,是直接将上述新鲜(干燥或者干燥)氢氧化铝投入,还是去一定量的,是怎么确定的了,比例是多少了。
      6.在卟啉负载的时候,你们住的工作中,有用乙醇溶解的,也有用氯仿(罗金. 勃姆石固载四(4-甲氧基苯基)金属卟啉催化空气氧化环己烷. 2010.) 。不知道使用乙醇和氯仿对于结果有什么影响。
注:本人在文献反应条件下,投入原料减半,在过滤后干燥(50℃),然后去11.5g干燥氢氧化铝,250mL乙醇,搅拌30min,加入溶解于氯仿(10mL)的10mg卟啉,搅拌7h,静置过夜,抽滤之后滤液红色,固体几乎是白色。为什么不同于文献。
