Pattern Recognition 被拒求分析

18号投了一片Pattern Recognition，昨晚收到邮件被拒了。 理由说是我的reference里的格式不对。。 这种问题我觉得应该是让修改吧。怎么会直接拒稿呢？ 原邮件如下，麻烦各位帮忙分析分析哈。 Manuscript Number: XXXXX Manuscript Title: XXXXX Pattern Recognition Dear Mr. XXXXX, We have had your manuscript XXXXX reviewed and regret to inform you that the referees do not find it acceptable for publication in Pattern Recognition I enclose some comments for your reference. Thank you for your interest in the journal. We look forward to receiving for consideration the results of future research which you may conduct. Sincerely yours, XXXXXXXXX Journal Manager Pattern Recognition Reviewers' comments: Several problems have been observed, especially in the reference section: a) Title of book missing, b) Page numbers and volume numbers missing in some journals, c) Page numbers missing in some conferences/workshops, etc. Since the topic is of interest, we suggest that the authors make an effort to check the entire paper thoroughly and pepare a new submission after appropriate corrections/revisions. Please list the corrections made in your new submission. |

刚搜了下pattern recognition 的论文 比如这个：http://www.sciencedirect.com/sci ... i/S0031320313001076 他的参考文献有好多也有问题啊。。 那这个怎么能过呢  |
