求助,如何从FIZ 获得 CSD number

最近要投稿一篇论文,期刊要求在投稿前将XRD的数据要上传到FIZ,并获得CSD number. 按照要求我把cif文件发到了 FIZ 的邮箱,结果他们回复我的邮件如下: Dear Sir, Thank you for your e-mail. We are sorry to inform you, that we only store the complete crystal structure data with atomic coordinates.
