[求助] Waste Management编辑回复，大牛来看看，这是为啥？？？？？？？？？？？已有1人参与

The above referenced manuscript was recently submitted to Waste Management with a view to publication and was sent for peer review. Based on the comments and recommendations received from the reviewers and on my review of your manuscript, I regret to inform you that we are not in a position to accept your manuscript for publication in Waste Management in its current form.

However, I feel that the paper contains information of potential interest to readers of Waste Management. Therefore, I wish to invite you to address all points raised by reviewers, taking all time you may deem necessary, and to resubmit a new version of the paper to the journal via the EES system.

It should be underlined that the paper would not be considered as a revised version but as a new manuscript, and would once again be forwarded to the peer-review process.

I am sorry our decision could not be more positive, but I look forward to receiving a re-submitted version of the paper.

楼主，你好。我也遇到你waste management 当年一样的问题，我不知道该怎么办了，想问一下你当年的文章最后是怎么样的。是改完后又重新投到了这个杂志，然后被送外审再走一遍流程？还是直接就录用了。

If you elect to submit a new manuscript, then should must (1) list the original manuscript in the cover letter, (2) include a point by point response to the reviewer's comments, and (3) submit the revised manuscript within 6 months of the date of this letter.

It should be that the paper will not be considered as a revised version but as a new manuscript, and would once again be forwarded to the peer-review process.
