当SCF介导的细胞膜表面c-kit受体局部浓度达到一定值时，相邻的D4会克服静电排斥作用而结合成D4-D4形式。 When the local concentration of SCF-mediated c-kit receptor on cell membrane surface reaches a certain value, the adjacent D4 will overcome the electrostatic repulsion and combine each other into the form of D4 - D4. 横向D4-D4和D5-D5相互作用可以聚集并稳定相邻的两个c-kit胞外结构域的膜近端区。 The interaction between lateral D4-D4 and D5-D5 can assemble and stabilize the proximal membrane area of two adjacent c-kit extracellular domain.  |
