摘要：从油茶叶上分离[1]，筛选的到一株炭疽杆菌，通过测量苍子油对其的的抑菌圈直径来判断抑菌效果，又对炭疽杆菌的生长条件进行优化培养[2-3]。实验结果表明：山苍子油对炭疽杆菌的抑菌圈直径平均大于15mm，属于高度敏感性，最小抑菌浓度在5.0mg/l至2.5mg/l之间。通过过单因子实验确定最适合的碳源是麦芽糖，氮源是牛肉膏。又由5因素4水平的正交试验的到最佳培养基配方为:麦芽糖1.5%，酵母浸出液0.75%，温度30℃，PH值为5. 关键词:山苍子油 炭疽杆菌 抑菌圈 优化培养，正交试验 |

Abstract:Separated from the oil tea [1], to get a screening of Bacillus anthracis,In Bacillus anthracis growing conditions optimized to determine the inhibitory effect by measuring the inhibition zone diameter cubeba its culture[2-3].The experimental results showed that:Litsea cubeba oil on the average of Bacillus anthracis inhibition zone diameter greater than 15mm,which is a highly sensitive,and the minimum inhibitory concentration of 5.0 mg / L to 2.5 mg / l.Through the single factor experiment to determine the most suitable carbon source is maltose, nitrogen source is beef extract.By factor 4 level orthogonal test to the optimum medium:Maltose, 1.5%, 0.75% yeast extract liquid, temperature 30 ° C, pH value of 5.
