摘要：从油茶叶上分离[1]，筛选的到一株炭疽杆菌，通过测量苍子油对其的的抑菌圈直径来判断抑菌效果，又对炭疽杆菌的生长条件进行优化培养[2-3]。实验结果表明：山苍子油对炭疽杆菌的抑菌圈直径平均大于15mm，属于高度敏感性，最小抑菌浓度在5.0mg/l至2.5mg/l之间。通过过单因子实验确定最适合的碳源是麦芽糖，氮源是牛肉膏。又由5因素4水平的正交试验的到最佳培养基配方为:麦芽糖1.5%，酵母浸出液0.75%，温度30℃，PH值为5. 关键词:山苍子油 炭疽杆菌 抑菌圈 优化培养，正交试验 |
