The performance of gold catalysts for VOC deep oxidation has
been reported to be dependent on many factors, namely the nature
and the properties of the support, the loading of gold, the size, the
shape and the electronic state of gold nanoparticles, the preparation
method and the pretreatment conditions of catalysts, the nature
and the concentration of the organic molecule to be combusted.
