Ref: The laser Raman spectroscopy (of InSb nanowire arrays) shows distinctly different Raman features (effects) for the InSb nanowire arrays grown on different directions. Compared with the bulk materials, the phonon scattering peaks of the InSb nanowire arrays are severely red-shifted while its corresponding absorption band is blue-shifted. |

InSb纳米线阵列的激光拉曼光谱表明不同生长方向的InSb纳米线阵列的拉曼光谱有明显差异。与块体材料相比，InSb纳米线阵列的声子散射峰发生强烈红移，并且其吸收带边发生了明显蓝移。 There are obvious differences in the Raman spectra of InSb nanowire array with different growth orientation and great red shift of the photon peak and blue shift of the absorption peak can be observed as compared to the bulk material. |
