求下面这篇文章（要PDF全文，我邮箱：guopeng@pku.edu.cn），谢谢大家！ Optical phase modulation behaviour of an injection-locked semiconductor laser for an optical transmission system 作者: Doare, P. 来源出版物: Journal of Optical Communications 卷: 12 期: 2 页: 64-8 出版年: June 1991 DOI: 10.1515/JOC.1991.12.2.64 摘要: Optical phase modulation obtained by modulating the current of an injection-locked semiconductor laser is analyzed. The maximum phase deviation permitted with regard to the limit of the locking bandwidth is evaluated as a function of the current modulation frequency for various optical injected powers. An experimental study is reported and the application of this technique to a coherent PSK or DPSK transmission system are discussed 入藏号: 3946389 文献类型: Journal Paper 语种: English 处理类型: Practical, Theoretical or Mathematical, Experimental 受控索引: optical communication equipment; optical modulation; phase modulation; phase shift keying; semiconductor junction lasers 非受控索引: diode laser current modulation; optical phase modulation; injection-locked semiconductor laser; optical transmission system; maximum phase deviation; locking bandwidth; current modulation frequency; optical injected powers; coherent PSK; DPSK transmission system 分类代码: A4260F Laser beam modulation, pulsing and switching; mode locking and tuning; A4280S Optical communication devices; A4255P Lasing action in semiconductors; B6260 Optical communication; B4320J Semiconductor lasers; B6120 Modulation and coding methods 作者地址: Doare, P.; LAB/SMR/ESO, CNET, Lannion, France. 研究方向: Optics; Telecommunications; Communication (由 Thomson Reuters 提供) 参考文献数: 9 文摘号: A1991-101929; B1991-058993 CODEN: JOCODG ISSN: 0173-4911 |
