[交流] Do you dream at night?

Long time ago i began to dream when i was sleeping.dreaming all the night i would feel tired and exhausted on the second day.once i asked a doctor what should i do and he said everyone dreamed at might and told me not to be concern about it.then i care less and feel better now.but recently it begins agaiin or i can say it over stops.what should i do?if you are a doctor or know something about it please tell me and i will appreciate your help.3Q.

Write it down is another good dreams.i always remember a little things about the dream when I wake up,but after washing my face, none things would be listed on paper.
