in traditional Chinese medicine you are so tired especially in heart , that is said "伤神"，traditional Chinese medicine say that heart is the location of "Shen" ,of course "Shen"in here is not the like God that we often talk. typically ,Shen is our energy(精神) , and you are tired is the reason that you have a little lose of your "Shen". so you should 安神，你可以适当的运动，少接触一些令你紧张的事，放松心情，工作时注意不要处于高度神经绷紧状态，同时注意吃一些较清淡的食物，因心五行属火，故忌辛辣之物，可食用一些平补的食膳或药膳，比如可用健脑安神片，或者使用首乌，龙眼等中药材。因表达的需要，英语水平有限，以上无法用英语表达，所以请moderator见谅！

listen some cozy music when you go to bed.   if someone do many things and feel very tired in his dailylife,he will dream in the night. maybe it is a good idea which  trying to be eased.

I often have dream ,some I remember and I don't like. They are always strange. And after I woke up,I am sad or I'm thinking about them. I dream about exams, school, lakes or sea, very often about buses,and I'm going somewhere or people who want to harm me or my close friend.. It is funny but sometimes I looking for a toilet and I can found it in my dream!

But unfortunately I always remember the scary ones.Sometimes I have dream about war .I see myself in a city in night time and I see Bombs are coming down from the sky .

Another dream is suddenly I falling from a high that made my heart seem to be broken and made me woke up immediately then can't sleep.

And another common drean is I can't ran although I try my best to swing my legs,but I still in situ, I fell very very anxious......

But I still can't explain why that kind of dreams came again and again.....

Yes, I dreamed everynight, never stopped. What was worse， I always have the nightmares which I can remember them clearly. Sometimes, I felt that I have spent the whole life in the dreams which made me tired, just like the Nanke dream.

Falling down from high places is always in my dream before i was in high school. But sometimes I like the feeling when i was falling down in my  dreams, that was strange,i can\'t explain it,don\'t you think so.
