对于涡轮叶片原有的功能(隔热、耐蚀、耐磨)防护涂层厚度很小,涂层与叶片厚度比平均在1%左右,通常只有当涂层厚度为叶片厚度的2~5%时才可获得显著的阻尼效应。因此,涂层自身的阻尼减振能力很低,不能满足其阻尼减振要求。金属涂层界面的引入可能会提高其阻尼能力。由此看来,金属涂层结构的界面是影响其阻尼性能的一个关键制约因素。 The thickness of protective coatings (insulation, corrosion, wear) is very small in the turbine blade, and coating thickness is about 1% of the thickness of the blade. It will usually gain a significant damping effect, only when coating thickness is about 2~5% of the thickness of the blade. Therefore, the coating itself can not meet the requirements of the damping vibration because of a very low damping vibration capabilities. The introduction of interface of metal coating may increase its damping capacity. In view of this, the interface of the metal coating structure is one of the key constraints. Ref: The thickness of the protective coatings (for heat insulation, corrosion and wear resistances) on the turbine blade is as small as 1% of that of the blade. Since the damping effect usually becomes significant only when the coating thickness is about 2~5% of the that of the blade, the coating itself, which provides a very low damping vibration capabilities, cannot meet the requirements for the damping vibration. However, the introduction of metal coating interface may increase the damping capacity. In point of this view, the interface of the metal coating structure is one of the key constraining elements influencing (affacting) the damping properties. |
