大家帮我看看这段话中有没有什么毛病，可以加一些词，减一些词，使它更流畅一些，谢谢大家。 The variations of the interface damping with temperature for various samples were plotted in Fig. 8. The highest peak temperature was about 250°C while the lowest one was about 200°C for the three samples. The curve showed the similar shift trend with temperature for interface damping (Fig. 8) and system damping (Fig. 5 and Fig. 6). |

It can be seen that the highest peak was at about 250°C while the lowest one was at about 200°C for all of the three samples. The temperature dependence of the interface damping (Fig. 8) shows quite similar trend as those of the system dampings (Fig. 5 and Fig. 6). |
