| 考虑到空气氧化和微生物发酵对泡沫分离大豆蛋白过程中蛋白性能的影响，工艺中加入了亚硫酸氢钠。实验结果表明亚硫酸氢钠具有良好的抗氧化、防腐变性能。并结合离子强度对泡沫分离富集效果的影响，选择加入NaHSO3的剂量为0.01%(W/V）。 |

非专业翻译，自己在作用、规范等专业问题上在修改下~~ Considering the effects of the atmospheric oxidation and the microbial fermentation to the soy protein performance of during the foam separation, NaHSO3 was added in the proecess. The experimental results confirm favorable anti-oxidation and anti-corrosion of the NaHSO3. The dosage of additive NaHSO3 is 0.01%(W/V）which is referred to the effect of the ionic strength impacting on the enrichment of foam separation. |
