招聘具体信息
Position Search Objective:
To build leadership pipeline for petrochemical manufacturing capability through selective external hiring

What we are looking for:
Young and promising talent who has
• A master degree in engineering discipline (i.e. MSc. in process engineering, mechanical engineering, etc.)
• 5+ years related working experience in manufacturing environment, petrochemical industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English with Overseas education or experience as a plus
• High mobility with strong leadership potential

Appendix : Detailed of Job Accountability of the Openings:
- For Project:
 Provide project management for assigned capital projects by delivering good HSE performance and achieving all business objectives and project targets within approved budget and established schedule at end of Define stage.
 To act as project management expertise to drive high project performance and deliver remarkable results.
 Provide technical support and basic project management training to junior project engineer.
 To lead capital projects and ensure business objectives and project targets achievement
 To act as project management expertise to drive high project performance and deliver remarkable results

- For Process:
 To act as technical expertise to optimize process and provide technical solutions, guidelines to achieve efficient plant operation from long-term and short-term perspectives.
 To provide operations support/training and process trouble-shooting related to process;
 To lead the implement projects for process optimization.
 To lead/perform complex and complicated process engineering tasks, including developing, designing and implementing innovative ideas/processes, to provide high degrees of process assurance to plant operation.

- For Maintenance:
 To perform maintenance repair, troubleshooting for mechanical equipment in a manufacturing plant.
 To work with and supervise contractors to execute maintenance work according to related maintenance procedures and Work Instructions.
 To ensure continuous improvement process is in place to support maintenance and reliability performance target
 To deliver turn around projects and ensure events are taken place and improvement / optimisation actions are implemented safely and effectively
