To act as project management expertise to drive high project performance and deliver remarkable results. Provide technical support and basic project management training to junior project engineer. To lead capital projects and ensure business objectives and project targets achievement To act as project management expertise to drive high project performance and deliver remarkable results - For Process: To act as technical expertise to optimize process and provide technical solutions, guidelines to achieve efficient plant operation from long-term and short-term perspectives. To provide operations support/training and process trouble-shooting related to process; To lead the implement projects for process optimization. To lead/perform complex and complicated process engineering tasks, including developing, designing and implementing innovative ideas/processes, to provide high degrees of process assurance to plant operation. - For Maintenance: To perform maintenance repair, troubleshooting for mechanical equipment in a manufacturing plant.
