多孔二氧化钛薄膜因其在太阳能电池及治理污水等方面具有诸多优点越来越受到人们的关注，如何制备高活性的多孔薄膜成为研究的热点。 通过本研究表明：通过微生物模板法制备的具有多级次孔洞结构的TiO2薄膜以及载金、载银TiO2微管薄膜；由于其具有特殊孔洞的多级次结构，能够使光进行多重散射，从而提高太阳光利用率，该制备方法为TiO2薄膜在光利用率提供了一条可行的途径。 |

Nano-porous TiO2 film gets more and more attention because it has many advantages in solar cells and wastewater treatment , how to prepare a high activity porous film is becoming a hot spot of research. The research shows that through microbial templates to prepare a multiple classes hole structure of TiO2 thin film and carrying gold, silver micro tube TiO2 thin film; owing to the special multiple classes hole structure,it can make the light on the multiple scattering,thereby improving the utilization ratio of sunlight, the preparation of nano-porous TiO2 film provides a feasible way in the utilization rate of light . |
