最近有没有同学收到IET Control Theory & Applications 的审稿意见或是论文接收？

| 最近有没有同学收到IET Control Theory & Applications 的审稿意见或是论文接收？感觉这个期刊真的很慢啊，已经审稿8个月了，刚才去期刊主页看，现在每年出版18期，照理说4月前应该已经出版5期了，但是主页还是只有2013的第一期的信息，其他几期都还没出，好像主编都换人了，是不是这个影响了论文的审稿和出版等呢？ |

IET Control Theory & Applications 的审稿意见 主编意见：Thank you for submitting your paper to IET Control Theory & Applications. The referral process is now complete. While finding your paper of potential interest, the referees and I feel that significantly more work would need to be done before the paper could be published. My decision is therefore to decline your paper on this occasion with encouragement to resubmit once the paper has been significantly improved in the light of the referees' comments given below. 副主编意见：Three reviews have been obtained for the paper. Two of them raise a number of significant issues which must be dealt with in a clear and complete way for the paper to be considered for publication. In particular, the technical issues raised by Reviewer 2 and the fundamental objection to the relevance of LS-SVM in this framework raised by Reviewer 3 (which this AE shares entirely) must be addressed explicitly. 基于以上的意见，请大家帮我看看，是否继续投此期刊否？谢谢！！ |
