FEOFS2013会议投稿，其中提到的期刊如何？

the 9th International Conference on Fracture and Strength of Solids (FEOFS)will be held in Jeju, South Korea during June 9-13, 2013。 Papers accepted for oral/poster presentations will be delivered to the following international journals and at least 350 papers will be published in general issues or special issue of the following journals (if necessary, the authors have to pay for the publication costs): Materials and Manufacturing Processes (IF: 1.058)； Journal Surface Engineering (IF: 0.937)； Journal of Central South University (IF:0.364)； Transaction of Nonferrous Metals Society of China (IF:0.751)； Journal of Mechanical Science and Technology (IF:0.448)； International Journal of Precision Engineering and Manufacturing (IF:1.141)； Advanced Composite Materials (IF:0.426)； International Journal of Smart and Nano Materials ； Fracture and Structural Integrity Journal of Solid Mechanics and Materials Engineering ； International Journal of Aerospace and Lightweight Structures 。 这个会议论文集只有电子版，会议推荐的期刊好中么？不知道哪一个好中并且刊出速度比较快？另外中南大学学报英文版和有色金属学报英文版的special issue 是否被sci 和EI收录？谢谢！ |
