关于profile fitting 已有1人参与

菜鸟求讨论指点。 1.profile fitting的目的是什么？ 2.profile fitting 和 profile matching是一回事吗？ 3.fullprof manual上有一段话：in some cases, in particular when the structural model is very crude, it is advisable to analyse first the pattern with the profile matching metheod in order to detemine accurately the profile shape function, background and cell parameters before running the Rietveld method. 意思是在精修之前对于原始数据不好的谱先全谱拟合一下，也就是“粗调”一下吗？？ 谢谢各位！ |
