KF, KCl, KBr, KI 在水溶液中的动力学模拟，只有KCl提交作业的时候报错

我跑了一下 KF, KCl, KBr, KI 在水溶液中的动力学，除了KCl提交作业的时候报错，其它的都能正常运算。 qm@linux-ewm9:~/Calculation/2012.04.09_gromacs_calculation/2012.06.07_pt_try_2/2012.08.07_try_ff/2013.03.25_anion_water/Cl_water> nohup: ignoring input and appending output to `nohup.out' [1]+ Exit 1 nohup mpirun -np 2 mdrun -s topol.tpr md.log文件中报错信息是： Fatal error: 2 particles communicated to PME node 0 are more than a cell length out of the domain decomposition cell of their charge group 麻烦高手看看是什么问题吧？谢谢 |
