The particular topic of interest for this PhD scholarship is: To study household energy behaviour using a time-use methodology (time-geographical approach). It may be feasible to combine this with concurrent data for energy usage by household appliances. A PhD scholarship is available for this position to the value of $25,000 plus fees. The student will be supervised by relevant team members. Please send your CV, academic transcripts, referee contact details and a covering letter to energy.cultures@otago.ac.nz by 1 April 1 2013.
