我投了一个杂志被退稿了，意见我看不太明白，请问有人可以指点一下吗？ Urine metabolic profiling was performed to identify cleared products of anaphylaxis from plasma to urine, in order to offer it as a new diagnostic and disease management tool. The authors found numerous signals of imbalanced energy, fatty and amino acid metabolism, which are not unexpected in anaphylaxis. As anaphylaxis is accompanied with various severity of the shock syndrome, when urine production may stop as part of decreasing tension and plasma volume regulation, the usefulness and clinical applicability of the work need serious re-evaluations. It is noted that there are no clinicians involved in this study, therefore it is advised to obtain clinical advice with regard of how useful and pertaining urine analyses are in the developing shock syndrome during an anaphylactic reaction |
