贯叶连翘 (Hypreicum perforatum L.)，又名贯叶金丝桃，是藤黄科金丝桃属多年生草本植物。 用金丝桃素纯度作为参考指标，采用大孔树脂、小孔树脂、中压柱层析及凝胶柱相结合的方法，纯化贯叶连翘中的金丝桃素；贯叶连翘中金丝桃素提取的最佳工艺是，用95％的乙醇10倍量回流提取2小时，提取2次；以金丝桃素为标样，对贯叶连翘纯提物采用大孔树脂富集、中压柱分离及凝胶柱纯化等，优化分离工艺，简单、稳定、可行。含量测定方法简便、快速、准确，可控制质量。 |

Hypreicum perforatum L., also known as Hypericum perforatum is the perennial herb of Hypericum Clusiaceae. Using the purity of hypericin as the reference index, purifying Hypericin from Hypericum perforatum with the combination of macroporous resin holes resin, medium pressure column chromatography and gel column ; the optimal extraction method is reflux extraction about two hours with 10 times of 95% ethanol, and extracted two times; Taking hypericin as the standard sample we used macroporous resin for enrichment ,medium pressure column for seperation and gel column for purification on the Hypericum extract .the optimize separation process is simple, stable and feasible. the determination method is simple, rapid, accurate, and can control the quality. |
