Hypreicum perforatum L., also known as Hypericum perforatum is the perennial herb of Hypericum Clusiaceae.
Using the purity of hypericin as the reference index, purifying Hypericin from Hypericum perforatum with the combination of macroporous resin holes resin, medium pressure column chromatography and gel column ; the optimal extraction method is reflux extraction about two hours with 10 times of 95% ethanol, and extracted two times; Taking hypericin as the standard sample we used macroporous resin for enrichment ,medium pressure column for seperation and gel column for purification on the Hypericum extract .the optimize separation process is simple, stable and feasible. the determination method is simple, rapid, accurate, and can control the quality.
