1.  Consequently, after high temperature annealing,  vacancies migration and agglomeration can take place through overcoming migration energies and result in the formation of vacancy clusters, leading to a drastic increase in S value and a decrease in W value.
退火之后,空位通过克服迁移能而发生了迁移和团聚,导致了团簇的形成,从而使得s的增大和w的降低.
2.  the S-W values lie close to two distinct straight lines (Ⅰ and Ⅱ) characteristic for two types of  trapping sites in the films.  

S-W values 位于两条不同的直线上(Ⅰ and Ⅱ),意味着 两种不同的捕获中心.,
我想问,我的这个英文表达可以吗?

3. The formation of vacancy clusters via the agglomeration of vacancy defects in  barrier after annealing as another important defect still exist inside the  barrier layers.

1.After high temperature annealing, the vacancy migration and agglomeration take place by overcoming the migration energies, which consequently leads to cluster formation and drastic increase in S value and decrease in W value.
退火之后,空位通过克服迁移能而发生了迁移和团聚,导致了团簇的形成,从而使得s的增大和w的降低.

2.  the S-W values lie closely on two separate straight lines (Ⅰ and Ⅱ),  which is an indication that  two types of trapping sites are formed in the films.  
S-W values 位于两条不同的直线上(Ⅰ and Ⅱ),意味着 两种不同的捕获中心.,

3. The vacancy clusters formed via agglomeration of vacancy defects still exist as another important type of defects inside the barrier layers after annealing.
