EM进入main list 等待欧盟最终审核，需要现在答复还是可以拖到欧盟那边通过再答复？

大家帮忙看看这个是要求在收到这封邮件两周内答复还是等欧盟那边奖学金名单最终确定下来后两周内答复呢？万分感谢！ Dear Candidate, We are informing you that you have been selected on the main list, category A, for an Erasmus Mundus fellowship 2013 within the *** Program. Congratulations! The Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency will consider the list of candidates we sent for the 2013 fellowships application and will confirm the grant awarding to the candidates within 45 days. We would appreciate the confirmation of your intent to join the program if you get an Erasmus Mundus grant by sending an email to ***@*** within two weeks. If you have the opportunity to come to ***, you are most welcome to visit us in the following weeks.
