| 为了观察退火对电沉积制备的AgSbTe2单晶纳米线的影响,我们将样品3在不同温度条件(100℃、200℃、300℃)下进行退火1h,然后将退火后的样品进行XRD测试,结果见图4-5。从图中可以看出,经过100℃退火后,纳米线(200)晶面的衍射峰强度增加,无其他杂质峰出现,说明纳米线的结晶度提高,见曲线(b)。经200摄氏度退火后,样品中出现了少量Ag2Te和Sb2Te3的衍射峰,并且AgSbTe2的衍射峰强度以及择优取向程度都降低了,这说明在该温度下AgSbTe2开始分解生成Ag2Te和Sb2Te3,见曲线c。随着退火温度的增加,AgSbTe2的反应程度加剧,见图中曲线d。 |

| In order to observe the annealing effect on the AgSbTe2 single crystal nanowires prepared by electrodeposition, we annealled the 3 samples at different temperatures (100℃、200℃、300℃) and the results are shown in Fig. 4-5. It can be seen from the figures that, after annealing at 100℃, the intensity of the nanowire's(200)facets diffraction peak increased without the appearance of other impurity peaks, indicating that the crystallinity of the nanowire was incresaed (curve b). After annealing at 200 C, some small diffraction peaks due to (assigned to) Ag2Te and Sb2Te3 appeared, and the intensity and preferency of the AgSbTe2 diffraction peaks decreasesd, indicating (which is an indication) that AgSbTe2 became decompose into Ag2Te and Sb2Te3 at this temperature (curve c). With further increase of the annealing temperature, the reaction of the AgSbTe2 became more severe (curve d). |
