标题：The identification of molecular causes for the development of autoimmune gastritis and tumours in knockout mice lacking the adhesion protein Vsig1 摘要： The Vsig1 is a X-linked gene and belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily. Expression analysis revealed that the Vsig1 is predominantly expressed during the pre- and postnatal development of stomach. To analyse the in vivo function of Vsig1 gene, we have generated Visg1–deficient mice by conditional knockout strategy. Our imunohistological and molecular analyses revealed that the Visg1–deficient mice display the following abnormalities: transdifferentiation of the monolayer glandular epithelium to monolayer squamous epithelium in the first half region of glandular stomach, depletion of parietal and zymogenic cells in gastric glands, and hyperproliferation of gastric epithelium. Further results showed that depletion of parietal cells is a result of increased production of anti-parietal cell antibodies in serum of Vsig1-deficient mice. These results indicate the development of autoimmune gastritis (AIG) in Vsig1-deficient mice. Furthermore, we found increased incidence of tumor development in different tissues of Vsig1-deficient mice, which are older than 12-month-old. 各路大侠帮帮忙吧，俺英语太差，帮帮忙吧  |
