求助英语问卷翻译，论文急用!

由于论文需要，急需翻译一份外文问卷，本人英语超烂，希望英语底子好的，帮忙翻译一份问卷，39个题目，不甚感激！！论文急用！ Please circle the number that corresponds to the degree to which you agree with each statement. 1. For difficult decisions, such as career decisions, it would make it easier if someone else made the decision for me. 10.
