两种涂层均出现了较为明显的宽化衍射峰，晶体内存在微晶/非晶组织、晶粒内部存在微观应变是引起晶体 XRD衍射谱线峰形变宽的两种主要因素。 1) Aparently widened diffractoin peaks are observed for the two types of the coating layers. The existence of micro-crystal and non-crystal texture in crystal and the microstrain in crystal are the two main causes for the peak shape widening in XRD diffraction pattern. 2) Two types of the coating layers all show aparently widened diffractoin peaks.
