这样翻译对吗?不对的话 如何改正呢

尤其是due to the nature of the change at the interface causing the modified surface potential at the interface
的causing 用的对不对?

Thus the abnormal increase of resistivity may result from the significant diffusive scattering at the interface, which is a consequence of the changing surface potential with the changing nature of the interface.
